Ingredients Needed - 1st, 2nd and 3rd Extract coconut milk from 1.5 coconut. Grate the remaining half coconut. Mix and grind 6-7 teaspoons of Chicken Masala Powder, 7-8 garlic cloves and tamarind (size of half lemon)
Steps - Boil 3rd extract milk with 2 chopped onions, ghee or butter, the grinded mixture prepared earlier, salt and thoroughly cleaned chicken (about 2 kilos). When the mixture is cooked 75% add the grated half coconut. Next add 2nd extract milk. After the chicken is cooked properly add 1st extract milk and boil it for 10 minutes. Now in a separate pan fry one chopped onion with 7-8 smashed garlic cloves in either oil or ghee and add this to the chicken.
Chicken Sukka Recipe for 2 kilo Chicken:
Use the grinded mixture prepared earlier, add water, salt and chicken and boil it for some time until the chicken is cooked. Now add 1 whole grated coconut in a separate pan and fry it for a while until it becomes dry. Add this to the chicken. Now in a separate pan fry one chopped onion with 7-8 smashed garlic cloves in either oil or ghee and add this to the chicken.
