First, mix and grind 3 tomatoes, 2 teaspoon of Rasam powder, 6-5 garlic cloves, a little tamarind, salt and a little jaggery and create a paste. Now, take a pan and fry urad dal, mustard seeds, curry leaves, jeera, asafoetida, smashed garlic cloves and some finely chopped coriander in some oil or ghee. After 2 minutes add the paste previously prepared to this fry and add sufficient water to make rasam.
